「大角咀道201號」之重建項目乃本集團其中 一個主要物業發展計劃。該項目計劃重建位於 大角咀之油蔴地工業大廈及船廠舊址地盤為一合 共有十幢住宅(住宅單位三千五百二十個)及商場 之綜合發展建築物。總商住樓面面積約為一百九 十五萬平方呎,其中住宅面積一百七十一萬平方 呎,商業二十四萬平方呎,另車位一千一百個。 每個住宅單位面積平均為四百九十平方呎,十分 適合現時之道。
