何厚鏘先生,BA,ACA,FHKSA,四十一歲,於一九九五年三月二十八日被委任為 本公司之獨立非執行董事。何先生現為恒威投資有限公司及德雄(集團)有限公司的執 行董事,具備逾十五年管理及地產發展經驗。何先生亦為利興發展有限公司、中信泰 富有限公司及其他數間上市公司之董事。

Mr. Ho Hau Chong, Norman, BA, ACA, FHKSA, aged 41, appointed on 28 March 1995, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Ho is an Executive Director of Honorway Investments Limited and Tak Hung (Holding) Company Limited and has over 15

years of experience in management and property development. He is also a Director of Lee

Hing Development Company Limited, CITIC Pacific Limited and a few other listed

companies.

簡悅隆先生

Mr. Kan Yuet Loong, Michael

簡悅隆先生,OBE,JP,BSc,MBA,六十二歲,於一九七四年四月六日被委任,乃 本公司獨立非執行董事。彼具備逾三十年從事銀行及投資之經驗。簡先生乃本公司名 譽主席及董事劉鎮國先生之快婿,亦為劉定中先生之姐夫及馮秉芬爵士之內弟,兩位 皆為本公司之董事。

Mr. Kan Yuet Loong, Michael, OBE, JP, BSc, MBA, aged 62, appointed on 6 April 1974, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. He has over 30 years experience in banking and investment. Mr. Kan is the son-in-law of Mr. Lau Chan Kwok, Honorary Chairman and Director of the Company and brother-in-law of Mr. Lau Ting Chung, Edmond and Sir Fung Ping Fan, Kenneth, both are Directors of the Company.
