b) The Company has undertaken foreign exchange contracts of approximately HK$4.7 million
(1983 - Nil) which had not yet matured as at 31st December 1984.
21. Contingent Liabilities
The parent company has issued a counter indemnity to the extent of £3,552,000 in respect of the obligation of a subsidiary company covering credit facilities made available to an associated company.
