NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
THE HONGKONG AND YAUMATI FERRY
COMPANY LIMITED.
Notice is hereby given that the Thirty First Ordinary Annual
Meeting of the Company will be held at the Company's Office,
Jordan Road Ferry Pier, Kowloon, on Saturday, the 4th April,
1959, at 12.00 noon for the purpose of receiving the Report of
the Directors and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st
December, 1958, to declare Dividends, to elect Directors and to
appoint Auditors.
Notice is also given that the Share Register of the Company
will be closed from Monday, the 23rd March, to Saturday, the
4th April, 1959, both days inclusive.
