Notice is hereby given that the

Twenty-Seventh Ordinary Annual Meeting

of the Company will be held at the Company's Office, Jordan Road Ferry

Pier, Kowloon, on Saturday the 2nd April,

1955, at 12.00 noon for the purpose of

receiving the Report of the Directors and

Statement of Accounts for the year

ended 31st December, 1954, to declare

Dividends, to elect Directors and to appoint Auditors.

Notice is also given that the Share

Register of the Company will be closed

from the 21st March to the 2nd April, 1955,

both days inclusive.
