Bielfeld & Co's Circular)-During the past week there has been but the usual small business, the prolonged rain being blamed by the middlemen for the small demand for the consuming districts. Still the out-goings are greater than the incom- qual-ings, and stocks in hands are being gradually reduced. Home prices for New Irons are a trifle flat, but for all old materials they remain firm Spot prices still continue much below present laying down cost, but this must be altered when the only transactions we have to report: -50 tons the spot stocks are exhausted.
