DOCES, WHAEVES, AND GODOWNS.-Hong kong and Whampoa Dooks have ruled quiet with small sales at 400 and 401 per cent. prem. for cash and at 409 per cent. for August delivery. Kowloon Wharves have found buyers at $94, $95, and 396, closing steady at the last rate. Wanchais have changed hands at $42. LANDS, HOTELS, AND BUILDINGS.-Hong- kong Lands continue firm with sales at 893 and close with buyers at $94. Hotels have changed hands at $103 and $104, closing with a few shares on offer at the latter rate. Kowloon Lands have found buyers at $301, West Points at $80, and Humphreys at from $10,35 to $10.75 for cash and at $10.70 for August.

COTTONS.-Unchanged and without business except a small sale of Hongkongs at $-0.

MISCELLANEOUS.-Star Ferries have been done at $164, Watsons at $144, $144, and $15. Fenwicks at $43, Ices at 8114, $115, and
