LANDS, HOTELS, AND BUILDINGS.-Hong. kong Lande continue steady with small sales at $78; an unsatisfied demand at about equivalent rates for May and June exists at time of plosing. Hotels have found buyers at $74. West Points at $18, and Humphreys Estates at $91.
COTTON MILLS.-With the exception of small sales of Hongkongs at $83, there is nothing to report.
MISCELLANEOus.--Green Islands (New) have been negotiated at $261, Watsons at $131, Electrics at $11 and $114, Fenwicks at $31, and Tramways at $130. China Providents continue quist and on offer at $9 75 without sales, and an offer of 891 would most likely lead to business.
