Since, the last issue of this circular, the Race Holidays have inter- vened and in consequence business has beeft more or less at a standstill, some few small lots of shares only having changed hands. Banks. Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. Shares are quoted here at 2221 per cent. premium. Shipping:-No Shanghai transactionspicul for shipping stocks are reported.
