MARINE INSURANCEB.—Unions have been in demand at quotation, but no sales have been re- ported. China Traders have changed hands at $61, and Cantons could be placed at $154. Other Marines are neglected, but firm at quota- tions.
FIRE INSURANCES.-Hongkongs have im- proved to $185 with sales and Chinas to $78 with sales, both closing steady.
SHIPPING.-Hongkong, Canton, and Macaos have found buyers at $261 and $261, Douglas's bave changed bands at $53, and Indo-Chinas at $37. We have no other business to report in Shipping stocks.
