provides assistance in respect of the. following services:

Institutional services:

The government has helped provide

institutional assistance for industry through the “Hong Kong Trade

Development Council, the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance. Corporation, and the Hong Kon

Productivity Centre. They are financed from public funds and provide sale

promotion services, a credit insurance sehone, and various types of training and consultancy services respectively.

Industrial training:

Two universities in Hong Kong provide technological train- ing in engineering, architecture, and electronic science, while the Hong Kong Polytechnic provides higher technical and vocational education. The Government also runs some technical Enstitutovnich
