The problema can be solved by diversification. Diversification of crops in preferable on the large. rubber plantations, e.g. the growth of food crops. Diversification of industry should be encouraged, by the government. Other types of industries can be developed, based on her home production of iron and H.E.P. To promote. the production of the two activities and reduce the cost of production, more efficient methoda should be adopted and new markets should be opened.
