in Hong Kong's financial circles last month (November 29, 1978) was the formal opening of OTB Building on the water- front of Wanchai, which: houses the headquarters of the Overseas Trust Bank. In the words of Admiral Sa-ngad Chalro- yoo, President of the National Policy Council of Thailand, who toasted to the prosperity of the Bank in the banquet. celebrating the occasion, on the 29th of last month in the Grand Bellroom:of Hilton Hotel: "Never have I seen any party in the private sector anywhere on a scale like this.
