用料:荔浦芋一個。

調味:糯米粉、粘米粉、鹽、酒各

製法:(一)芋頭去皮刨絲。

(二)芋頭絲約一杯,加酒一茶匙 ,鹽四分一茶匙,糯米粉、粘米粉各一 茶匙,撈勻。

(三)把適量之芋絲放罩籬內用八 成滾之油炸脆,即成又香又好吃的芋蝦
