Young offenders of serious crimes may be put to live in one of the five correction institutions operated by this division. where they receive proper and special training and education to make them law- sbiding citizens when they are released.

To tackle the problem, the Government departments and voluntary organizations have tried their effort and in many cases co-operate with each other.
