從上而來,酶可继续在此作用於食物,

3. 胃,胃内有蓝酸,可破壞唾液酶,故澱粉在胃内是難消化。

小腸:

2.小腸三十二指腸有胆汁输入,胆汁內不含酶,故對食物 無硝化作用,但胆汁可中和胃酸,使由胃而下三酸性食 糜变中性或微鹼性,胰和小腸所分泌之酶便能於 此等酸度下進行消化,

b.小腸三十二指腸有胰液輸入,內含有胰澱粉酶此

類酶可使澱粉水解為麥芽糖、

C.小腸內有數種酶專作用於雙糖水解為單糖

1.麥芽糖酶,可使麥芽糖,水解為葡萄糖.

i蔗糖酶可使蔗糖水解為葡萄糖和果糖
