食道,無消化酶 抵為食物至胃之通道

胃,胃腺分泌胃液,其中含有胃蛋白酶原有凝乳酶 鹽酸

2.具盐酸 使胃蛋白酶原变為胃蛋白酶可使蛋白質水解為
