School education, but it does provide one a grester, opportunity to be successful. Mach, however, depends

A university graduate has to look for a job as
much as a secondary school graduate, the only difference, perhaps being that one looks for a more pleasant job if one has a university education, but it would be wrong to say that a university education gives one a more important job to do.
All jobs are important. Can one say that the job of urban services Department worker is less important than that of a doctor? Both are concerned with the problem of health; while the former keeps the city clean thus preventing the spread of disease the latter cures those who are sick, thus also preventing the spread of disease. To say that one is more important than the other is unkindly unfair. But it would be correct, of course, to say that a doctor! job is more pleasant, and more rewarding, monetarily that is; and the work of the U.S.D. worker is
unpleasant and less more tarily rewarding. But to sneer at a u., worker by calling him names such a a garbage collector is wrong. For all we know he may look upon us as nothing but garbage producers.

ASD one type of work can be considered as more important than another, can we say that a university. Buucation makes one more useful to the community and erefore gives one more success in life?, fami
Service to the community does not depend on the of educational background one has, for if that la so, there must exist enough universities in the world for all the people. service to the community comes from our own desire, willingness, enthusiasm to serve others and, above all, our philanthropic attitude towards mankind, he can make a success in life, whether we have a university education or not, as long as we can contribute something to the betterment of our community.
No doubt, it cannot be denied that the university can give us a broader education and make us realize our duties and obligations towards society. It can also develop our inborn abilities and thereby increase our knowledge and wiadom, so that when we enter the Commerci world, we can contribute more to the progress of the country, but how successful we are in life will largely depend on how well we serve the aommunity. There are countless university graduates who are unsuccessful in life, and on the other hand, there are secondary school leavers who have made a name" for the gselves.
The choice of the right career will eventually determine our success in life, and not the educational training we have received, although it my play a part if it does. It i

There must be hundreds and thousands of university degree-holders who are working in jobs that do not interest them the least, but they are compelled to accept these jobs in preference to unemployment. They certainly demonstrate fact that a university #ducation does not provide one a steady or rewarding job. A university degree certainly does not guarantee one" a Job nor does it promise one social security: On the other hand there are secondary school leavers, whom Fortune sees lit to favour, and who are able to acquire jobs that interest them, and through their determination und perseverance are able to rise from

Choosing the right career to maton one's persone 3 quities potably, one temperance, interest and the required abilities for that particular career, is in fact, considered as the key to one's success in life. Une must guard against the danger of trying out every job in the community before deciding to adopt a particular one for good. It would mean that one's time and energy are completely wasted while "rolling from one stone, to another". While one is at school one should cultivate a keen interest for the various types of careers that exist in the community, and endeavour to dig out every bit of information about these careers from every possible source and then with the guidance and advice of the Careers Master or Fistress of the school, decide to take up a particular career and then upon leaving school religiously work towards that career. In this way one can get more Success in life,
The abilities of the individual student are more vital to his work than the degree or the certificate
he holds. Can ne organize projects and carry them out successfully? Can he lead others? Can he manage important affairs and business? In short, does he possess organizational, leadership and managerial abilities? These abilities can be acquired through systematic course of study as well as from actual experience The university exists primarily to develop the intellectual powers of a person, with a view to help him to attain these abilities, but if a person turns out to be incapable of receiving nigher education or unable to apply his knowledge to his work. A school leaver in possession of these abilities is just as capable as a university graduate in his work in the community. In fact he is more useful to the community than a university graduate who remains a bigot all through his life, leaving everything for others to thank for him, for he will never think.

Question: (2) khat is a perfect market? Under what
conditions can perfect market exist?
Answer:
When there is only one price for goods of the game kind and quality and this price is not affected by the influence of either the buyer or the seller, we say the market is perfect..
For such a market to exist, there must be the presence of five important conditions. First of ali the number of buyers and sellera must be so large that it is not possible for one buyer or seller to Influence the price. The fact is that if there are only a few buyers or sellers, it is possible for one buyer to restrain from
and thereby causes

the price on the other hand, a seller may reduce his supply of the commodity, by putting out a seller quantity for sale, and in this way be will be able to cause the price of the commodity to rise. But if thera are many buyers and sellers, the behaviour of one buyer or seller does not affect the price of the commodity at all. Besides even if buyers or sellers try to join into groups, this is not quite easy when there are too many of them, and more-over human interest usually come into conflict.
Ariot her condition to be taken into consideration 1a that the commodity put up for sale by one seller must be exactly identical to that of the same kind

The third condition for a perfect market to exist is that the buyers and the sellers mist not have any prejudice against one another. For instance if one buyer decides to buy from only one particular shop. because both he and the seller go to the same church,

run the other hand, a seller may sell his goods at
different ices to different customers, and when this nappens there is no perfect competition. In short, sellers and buyers must not let any influences to, affect the prices of the goods."
it is also necessary for every buyer and seller. to know exactly what is happening in the market; both must know the market price. Again, this condition is difficult to fulfil, because o1yers for instance are reluctant to spend their time to find out if the price. of a commodity sold by one shop is truly the cheapest. Again, sometimes, a buyer prefers to pay for a nigher price by buying from the shop nearest to his home instead of going to another shop far away, although the price is much cheaper.
The final condition is that the product must be movable, so that any increase in demnd can be met by á proportional increase in supply. However, this condition seldom exists, because certain things cannot be transferred from one place to another Land's und buildings are examples of such things.
in practice it is extremely difficult for a market to approach perfection. Commodities are seldom, if ever at all, homogeneous; both buyers and sellers are often full of prejudice, and both are reluctant to compare prices, perhaps because they cannot afford the time. Some buyers are persuaded to believe that nigher prices mean that the commodities are of better quality, and others are willing to pay more if the service is more courteous or the shop is cleaner than another shop. sellers on tre other mand, may lower the prices for the more friendly customers, Thus, retail markets especially are far from being perfect. The stock Exonange, which 19 a highly organized market, however, my be considered as one approaching quite close to perfect market.
