Applying for a job
This is the time of year many of you will be
applying for your first post so here are some hints
and ideas to help you.
It is very important that your letter should make 8. favourable impression upon your prospective employer so a great deal of care must be taken. Like all letters it should be correctly laid out, neatly written without mistakes in grammar, puntuation or spelling. Try te use a good, unlined notepaper. Unless stated otherwise i in the advertisement the letter may be typed; of course, it must be free from typing errors.
Advertisements for posts may be divided into two kinds: those stating that application forms must be completed and those asking you to give particulars of yourself in your letter. Let us deal with the former/ type first-
In this case you need to write two brief letterss one asking for the application form and one accomparty- ing the completed form:

in a Complex Sentence is a subordinate clause whiche does the work of an adjective. It qualifies a Noun
