that another legal proceeding has been taken in Hong Kong under the Merchandise Marks Ordinance which has resulted In convictions against persons on charges of distributing toothpaste with certain marks so nearly resembling the Colgate toothpaste cartons protected by the registered trademarks mentioned below as to be calculated to deceive, and of having goods with such marks in their possession, In addition to having substantial fines imposed, the Court also ordered., the confiscation and destruction of all infringing goods.
Following our successiu prosecution two months ago against
