I therefore move the following motion: 'Having regard to the Consultation Document on Review of District Organizations, RESOLVED that the Council propose placing the management of the territory-wide municipal services under one Municipal Council and one Municipal Services Department, which shall supervise matters concerning food safety and environmental hygiene.'

'With the commissioning of the new international airport at Chek Lap Kok, the aviation history of Hong Kong will reach a new milestone. Since at the former Kai Tak Airport site, there are plenty of reserved community recreation areas available for development as well as many historically valuable articles and facilities of aviation available for use by a museum of aviation transport history, RESOLVED that the Council urge the Government to conduct studies and to consider constructing a "Museum of
