Since at the former Kai Tak Airport site, there are plenty of reserved community recreation areas available for development as well as many historically valuable articles and facilities of aviation available for use by a museum of aviation transport history, RESOLVED that the Council urge the Government to conduct studies and to consider constructing a "Museum of
