locations. Have we started to consider the reasons for so few bidders in the effort to tackle the problem before it intensifies? It is only appropriate to implement the policy of providing fixed locations in view of the policy for compulsory deletion of IHLs. I wonder if Mr. IP has any ambitious plan in mind to tackle this.
MR. IP KWOK-CHUNG (in Cantonese): Thank you for your question, Mr. LAI. I said already that I had a full list of the number and details of locations available. The 19 locations mentioned by Mr. LAI just now were on the approved list of 26.8.93. 15 additional locations were approved on 29.3.94, 14 on 20.10.94, 11 on 15.9.95 and some more on 15.3.96. So, in fact, we have made available tens of locations, not just 19. I can tell Mr. LAI that our work in this respect actually started some years ago. Of course, we will continue to fight for even more locations for IHL(FC) holders to place bids. We will certainly follow this up.
