So, can we ask the Public Health Select Committee to discuss this and arrange on-line facilities with the Land Registry?

Since such advanced technology is available, I believe there is no need for us to discuss at the committee level. We can notify the Department and see what progress they have in computerization. Mr. Joseph Lai Chi-keong (in Cantonese):—I was glad to hear from the Chairman of the Select Committee that adequate manpower adjustments will be in the light of needs of different districts. Mr. Chairman, I hope, through you, to obtain information from the Chairman of the Public Health Committee, not now, maybe after the meeting, about manpower allocation of Health Inspectors specially charged with the duty to check dripping air-conditioners in each district as well as the average number of days required to complete a case in each district. We hope to have a clear and full picture.
