(2) The Urban Council may, at its absolute discretion, reduce the basic charges

and surcharges payable if it is satisfied that such reduction is justified. (3) The Service Schedules are as follows:

Schedule A

Air-conditioning, electricity (for City Hall fixtures and equipment only), water, the use of furniture as provided, stage and electrical equipment as installed, sound system, musical instru- ments as provided (except the special concert grand piano), the use of the box-office (unmanned), basic ushering service, service from electrical tech- nicians and sound controllers as necessary, and the use of dressing rooms.

Schedule B

Stage lighting, water, the use of furni- ture, musical instruments as provided, service from electrical technicians as necessary and the use of dressing rooms.

Schedule C

Air-conditioning, the use of the projec- tion equipment and service from projectionists, the use of the box office (unmanned) and basic ushering service.

(1) The rates preceded by an asterisk (*) are only applicable to those functions with

an average admission fee not exceeding $15.00 per seat. If the average admission

fee exceeds $15.00, a surcharge will be payable as follows:

20% in addition to the rate (when the average admission fee exceeds $15.00 but does not exceed $17.50 per scat)
