MR. BERNACCHI :-In point of explanation, it is not a Resettlement Estate, the Reclamation is outside the Resettlement Estate.

MR. CHEONG-LEEN (Continued):-The total number of illegal hawkers in Chai Wan, out of a total number of 600, is just over 300. Now if Mr. BERNACCHI says there are 300 illegal fish hawkers there, then the situation is much worse than I thought, Mr. Chairman.

The question was put.

The Motion was lost with 12 votes against, 3 for and 3 abstentions.
