With these remarks I beg to support the Motion before the Council. (Applause).
CHAIRMAN: --Ladies and gentlemen, many interesting and important matters have been raised by our Unofficial Members in the course of this debate. My Official colleagues and I will now consider these matters, and as far as possible, prepare adequate replies. To give us time to do this, I move that the debate be adjourned to the next regular meeting of this Council to be held on the 20th December at 2.30 p.m. which was agreed by the Standing Committee of the Whole Council.
