HONG KONG URBAN COUNCIL
If during this period I have appeared at times to look a little harassed and unhappy, I can assure you that in fact I have enjoyed immensely the privilege of being Chairman of this Council. I have found it an experience both extremely interesting and extremely stimulating, and I think that is due almost entirely to the way in which every member of this Council has always been prepared to discuss any problem, question or difference of opinion in a friendly, reasonable and cooperative spirit. I am very grateful to you for that.
Ladies and Gentlemen, may I wish you very great success in your future work, and thank you again for all your assistance to me personally in the past few months.
ADJOURNMENT.
THE CHAIRMAN:-Ladies and Gentlemen, that concludes the business of the meeting. Council will adjourn until Tuesday, 3rd December.
