Berlin, Sept. 20.

Soviet soldiers and East German People's police today seized two American military police with their patrol jeep in the American sector of Berlin, Colonel Maurice W. Daniel, a Post Com- nander, reported.

The American patrolmen notified their head- quarters by radio immediately after the incident. They said they were within the United States sector when they were apprehended.
