Dr. Read is a British obstetrician whose writings and teachings on "natural are followed all over the world. In his new book lid says: "There childbirth is no reason why a woman should not have an even better figure after she has borne a child than before."! To back his bellef he includes this series of slx gentle exercises to be practised daily during the months before the baby is born:-

EXERCISE 1

STAND with the heels
