Plans For New Aggression

Washington, Sept. 5.

Possible Communist plans for new aggression in Europe and Asia and Allied strategy to meet them will be major subjects discussed by the Big Three Foreign Ministers when they moot in New York one week from today.

The conference will be the first held by the Secretary of State, Mr Dean Acheson, the British Foreign Secretary, Mr Ernest Bevin, and the French Foreign Minister, M. Robert Schuman, since the Korean war began on June 25. They last met in London in May.
