The Republican Party today gave official notice that it would use what it called President Truman's Far Enst policy "blunder" as a major weapon against the Democrats in the November Congressional elections.
The Republican campaign line was laid down in a 56-page memorandum entitled "Background To Korea," which blamed the Democratic adminis- tration for events leading to the Korean war.
