Mr Patrick Cordon- Walker, the Common- wealth Relations Secretary. presided over the meeting, which lasted about an hour. No decision was taken.

Mr. Kenneth Younger. the Minister of State, sum- marised the developments leading to the present situation in Korea and the British Government at-
