Although the student claims he has caught and tamed every type of small North American animal, Princess was given to him by a friend.

HE LOOKS GRATEFUL-Silver, a work horse drawing mail wagons in Philadel phlo, was bought out of servitude when he began to go lame. Irene Neff, receiving a kiss from Silver, used all her next year's vacation money to buy the horse and put him out to pasture. Silver was to have been destroyed because
legs had given out.
