FEC RESOLUTION FAVOURS GIVING JAPS CONTACTS

Washington, Dec. 22.—Authoritative sources disclosed tonight that the Far Eastern Commission moved closer to a de- cision on whether to give its blessing to the American proposal that the Japanese be permitted to resume "semi-diplomatic" relations with other nations of the world.
