ADENAUER DECLARES POLICY

Bonn, Sept. 20,-- Dr Konrad Adenauer, the West German Chancellor, declared in his policy speech to Parliament today that West Germany "desires to live in pence with Russia, but wo whall never renounce our claims to the territories east of the Oder-Neisso."
