Dramatic Battle To
Save Burning Submarine Told By Survivors
Oslo, Aug. 28.—-American naval men told the story of a dramatic battle in raging northern seas to save a burning submarine and rescue men swept overboard when they arrived in the submarine Tusk at Tromsoc, Northern Norway, today. The submarine brought survivors of the sub- marine Cochino which sank last week in Arctic waters.
