By OSCAR FRALEY

Jimmy Demarot

White Sulphur Springs, W. Va., June 8.-Dapper Jimmy Demaret, one of America's greatest Ryder Cuppers, predicted today that Great Britain will defeat the United States in the International Golf matches in England this autumn be- cause our pros are "putt happy."

Demaret, who is certain to be on the team which meets the Britons at Ganton in Scarborough in September, suggested that the Professional Golfers Association draft Byron Nelson and Gene Sarazen to play on the United States team and uphold the hard-earned prestige which American golfers have won in . recent years.
