London, Apr. 24.-The future relation- ship of the Indian Republic with the British Commonwealth is expected to be set down con- stitutionally in the Indian President's oath of office.
Informants said the oath would not entail the Indian President's allegiance to the King, but would regard him as the first citizen of the Commonwealth, with which the Republic would be associated.
This is part of the plan by which the sovereign Indian Repubic could retain Commonwealth ties, the Common- but it will be several days before
