PWD Larceny Trial Summing-Up Disaffection

Mr Justice Williams in the Criminal Sessions this morning began his summing-up in the PWD larceny trial in which Kwok Kwong, 47, foreman, and Arthur Frederick. May, 41, electrical inspector grade I, are charged with three counts of theft of Govern- ment property and three of falsification of documents with intent to defraud the Govern- ment of money.

Kwok is not legally represented, but May is defended by Mr A. J. Clifford, instructed by Mr J. C. Stewart, while Mr A. Hooton, Crown Counsel, is for the prosecution, assisted by Mr J. Johnston, ASP.
