Eviction Order

Order Made Against Chung Tin Building Tenants

The illegal sub-letting of office space rented by the 'Overseas Chinese. Enterprise Company, of Rooms 404-405 Chung Tin Building resulted in an action brought by the landlords, the Hongkong Land Investment and Agency Co., Ltd., of Gloucester Building, for their eviction and the eviction of their sub-tenants before Mr Charles E. Loseby in the Tenancy Tribunal this morning.

Story Of Chopper Attack Told At Criminal Sessions
