MR BULLITT'S WARNING

Washington, Jun. 9.-Mr William C. Bullitt, former Ambassador to Mos- cow and Paris, who recently returned from China on a congressional mission, told the United Press today:

"I talked in China and other parts of the Far East with leading United States, British and French experts and they agreed with me that unless the United States is able to help Nationalist China to stem the advance of Com- munism European territories and independent nations on or near the Chinese borders will be gravely menaced.

"These experts are unanimous that if the Communists reached the southern Chinese borders, then not only the strategic position of European nations and the United States would be further affected, but severe economic losses might be incurred, further weakening the economic and financial situa- tion in Western Europe.'
