Another All-Day Effort By Hongkong Tomorrow

Radio Hongkong

Radio Hongkong is setting out to repeat to- morrow (New Year's Day) the success of their broadcasting programmes on Christmas and Boxing Day. The station opens at 8 in the morning and will remain continuously on the air until 11.30 p.m.

The morning programmes are essentially of music, with light variety thrown in for good measure. In the afternoon listeners can hear Susan Howard's "It's In The Air" request programme, while Paul Stuart will present "Down Beat. Discs."

There will be a children's half hour, followed. by Unit Requests, Eileen Woods Stage and Screen Favourites, a New Year's Day "Round Up" from the studio, a London relay, "Highlights finally cabaret and dance music.
