London, Dec. 22-Ethiopia has demanded, the surrender by Italy of Marshal Pietro Badoglio, former Italian Prime Minister, and Marshal Rodolfo Graziani, former Italian Governor-General of Ethiopia, for trial as war criminals, the Ethiopian Legation in London announced today.
The demand was made in identical notes addressed to the British, French, United States and. Russian Govern- ments, requesting them under the terms of the Italian „ pence treaty to instruct their Ambassadors in Rome to represent Ethiopia in discussions with the Italian Govern
