A recent study of the cause and possible methods of overcoming the condition Indicates that quinine given under a physician's direction may prove a valuable remedy. Ten of these patients were suffering from diabetes, five were being treated for varicose veins, and In four there was serious interfer- ence of the circulation through the arteries,

suffering from patients were vitamin deflelency, particularly the older ones. However, treatment Warin the margarine with vitamins alone did not relieve and jam in a small basin. Remove the cramps.. crusts from the bread and crumble it roughly. Add the egg to the warmed mixture and beat until creamy. Sieve the dour, salt and spice, I used, and add to the mix- ture.
