Alleged to have been caught red-handed in the act of trying to receive money following the sending of a threatening letter, Lam Kwong, alias Sap Yat- yan, 23, pleaded not guilty before the Chief Justice, Sir Leslie Gibson, at the Criminal Sessions this morning to charges of uttering a letter demanding money with menaces, conspiracy to utter and posses- sion of such a letter.
