Sofia, July 15-Yugoslavia's Marshal Tito and Bulgaria's George Dmitrov, agreed last year on a division of a Balkan territory, the creation of a separate Macedonian state and an eventual Southern Slav Federation, the Bulgarian Communist Party disclosed today.

Bangkok, July 15-The Prime Minister, Field Marshal Pibul Songgram has received a letter from the China Committee of the International League for the Protection of Human Rights protesting the deportation of 57 Chinese residents of Bangkok arrested in recent Siamese police raids on alleged secret societies.

The letter was drafted at an emergency meeting of the committee held in Hongkong at the residence of the chairman, Mr Ma Si-len. A copy of the letter, which was signed by Mrs Herman O. E.
