Certain statements alleged to have been made by accused were ruled ns admissible by the Acting Chief Justice, Mr Justice Willams, following evidence ad- duced by the Prosecution and Defence, when the trial of three Chinese, charged with the mur- der of Lytton Bevis Wood on a path leading from Lion Rock to Shatin on the afternoon of February 11 continued at the Criminal Sessions this morning.
