Lords Debate Foreign Policy: COMMUNISM PRESENTS NEW THREAT OF WAR

London, Mar. 3-The Communist overthrow of Czechoslovakia was to- night denounced by Lord Pakenham, speaking for the Government, as "Hitlerite in technique and utterly damnable in. every way." He was replying to a debate. on foreign affairs in the House of Lords, in which the opening speaker, the Marquess of Salisbury, had set the tone by declaring that Russian policy had shown a "new and sinister side" in "anapping up Bulgaria, Rumania, Czécho- slovakia, Poland and Hungary."
