COMMUNIST LEADER OF ALL-PARTY CABINET

Prague, Feb. 25.-The formation of a new Czechoslovak Govern- ment, which includes trade union representation, a priest and a woman, was announced tonight-the sixth day in the Czechoslovak governmental crisis.

The announcement was greeted by vast crowds which had gathered in Wenceslas Square. There was a holiday atmosphere, Czech and Red flags were displayed and there were shouts of "Long Live Benes" and "Long Live the Action Committees."
