INDIA - PAKISTAN SECRET COMPROMISE ON KASHMIR

Lake Success, Jan. 19.-The Security Council, which on Tuesday will resume consideration of the Kashmir dispute, will have before it a resolution which embodies a compromise agreement reached by the Idia and Pakistan delegations in secret round-table conferences during the week-end.
